Richard, the gastro genius, brought his culinary skills to the LighterLife on Tour team. Having travelled the UK, and the globe, from Warwickshire to Australia in search of contemporary flavours and ingredients to use in his cooking, Richard cooked up a selection of fabulous healthy delights.
